Free Access for Student Transit Today advocates for students to receive free public transit.
FASTT Forward is currently working to have Willamette University and PNCA provide transit access to their students. Students at PNCA commute every day in Portland's downtown.
Many students can not afford tickets forcing them to not ride or not pay. Students don't do this because they don't want to but because they can't. This results in students adding to their commute times or riding in fear that they will receive a ticket for not paying.
Students should never ride in fear!
